As the Lead HR Partner at Flipkart, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice and guidance to the organization. You will be working closely with senior stakeholders and the HR team to ensure that Flipkart's HR strategy is in line with our organizational goals. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in a senior HR role. Proven experience in the development, implementation and evaluation of HR programs and initiatives is required, and you should have a solid understanding of all aspects of HR, including recruitment, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, and compensation and benefits. You should have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Additionally, you should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to make sound decisions and judgments.
