Job Description

As the Lead HR Partner at Flipkart, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice and guidance to the organization. You will be working closely with senior stakeholders and the HR team to ensure that Flipkart's HR strategy is in line with our organizational goals. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in a senior HR role. Proven experience in the development, implementation and evaluation of HR programs and initiatives is required, and you should have a solid understanding of all aspects of HR, including recruitment, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, and compensation and benefits. You should have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Additionally, you should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to make sound decisions and judgments. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a strategic HR plan to align with organizational goals.
  2. Lead and manage a team of HR professionals.
  3. Participate in the recruitment, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, and compensation and benefits processes.
  4. Provide a comprehensive HR advice and guidance to senior stakeholders.
  5. Monitor and evaluate existing HR programs and initiatives.
  6. Create and implement new HR policies and procedures.
  7. Develop a strong understanding of organizational culture and values.
  8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and industry trends.
  9. Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  10. Analyze and solve complex HR issues.
  11. Make sound decisions and judgments based on data and research.
