Responsibilities:

1. Perform preventive maintenance and repair on all building systems, including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions.
3. Respond to service requests from residents in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
5. Ensure regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
6. Monitor and purchase needed supplies and parts.
7. Work with contractors and vendors to ensure quality work and timely completion of projects.
8. Provide exceptional customer service to all residents and colleagues.
9. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
