
Dining Room Manager
We are looking for an outstanding Dining Room Manager to join the team at Five Star Senior Living! The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and have demonstrated leadership experience. We are searching for an individual who has a commitment to providing high-quality dining room services to our residents in a timely and efficient manner. The successful candidate will have the required qualifications to manage all aspects of the dining room and ensure that our residents are receiving a high-quality dining experience. In addition to the qualifications listed below, the Dining Room Manager should be an enthusiastic, outgoing individual who has excellent communication and organizational skills. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team in order to achieve the highest standards of service. Required Qualifications: • Previous experience in a manager role • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations • Knowledge of general accounting and inventory control • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities: • Ensure that all dining room staff adhere to food safety regulations, including proper food storage and sanitation. • Monitor inventory and ordering of supplies and equipment to ensure adequate levels for daily operations. • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective dining room services. • Oversee the preparation and presentation of meals to ensure high-quality standards. • Supervise and train staff in all aspects of dining room operations. • Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth and seamless dining experience for residents. • Monitor customer satisfaction and address any complaints or issues in a timely manner. • Monitor and adjust staff scheduling to meet customer needs. • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to dining room operations. • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
