Dining Room Manager

They should be able to work independently and as part of a team in order to achieve the highest standards of service. Required Qualifications: • Previous experience in a manager role • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations • Knowledge of general accounting and inventory control • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities: • Ensure that all dining room staff adhere to food safety regulations, including proper food storage and sanitation. • Monitor inventory and ordering of supplies and equipment to ensure adequate levels for daily operations. • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective dining room services. • Oversee the preparation and presentation of meals to ensure high-quality standards. • Supervise and train staff in all aspects of dining room operations. • Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth and seamless dining experience for residents. • Monitor customer satisfaction and address any complaints or issues in a timely manner. • Monitor and adjust staff scheduling to meet customer needs. • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to dining room operations. • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
