Provide exceptional customer service to clients visiting our bank, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all.
Promote and cross-sell a variety of financial products and services to clients, including checking and savings accounts, loans, and investment opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and offering personalized solutions to help them achieve their goals.
Process a variety of banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Educate clients on the features and benefits of our financial products and services, and assist them in selecting the best options for their specific needs.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in banking regulations, and effectively communicate this information to clients.
Meet and exceed sales goals and targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to provide a seamless and efficient banking experience for clients.
Assist in opening and closing procedures, ensuring the security and confidentiality of client information.
Uphold a professional and positive image of the company at all times, both in person and through effective communication with clients and colleagues.

Job Qualifications

Strong Customer Service Skills: A Successful Universal Banker At First Horizon Must Possess Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers And Provide Exceptional Service.
Banking Experience: Previous Experience In Banking Or Financial Services Is Highly Preferred For This Role. A Thorough Understanding Of Banking Products And Services, As Well As Industry Regulations, Is Necessary To Excel As A Universal Banker.
Sales And Cross-Selling Abilities: First Horizon Is Looking For Candidates Who Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting Sales Targets And Effectively Cross-Selling Products And Services To Customers.
Technology Proficiency: As A Universal Banker, You Will Be Responsible For Conducting Transactions And Assisting Customers Using Various Technology Platforms. Proficiency In Using Banking Software And Mobile Applications Is A Must.
Team Player: Collaboration And Teamwork Are Essential For Success In This Role. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Work Well With Others, Share Knowledge And Resources, And Contribute To A Positive Team Dynamic.
