At First Horizon, we are looking for a highly qualified Trust Officer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing trust services, dealing with customers, and ensuring that the customer’s wishes are followed. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of trust services and the legal and regulatory environment surrounding trust services. The Trust Officer will need to be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.The successful candidate must have a minimum of three years’ experience in trust services and a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field. Experience in estate and trust administration, as well as a strong understanding of the legal and regulatory environment, is essential. Responsibilites:

Manage trust services and ensure customer's wishes are followed.
Develop relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
Maintain a thorough understanding of trust services and the legal and regulatory environment surrounding trust services.
Stay up to date with trust services and industry trends.
Execute trust administration, including the drafting of trust documents, investment management, and account maintenance.
Work independently and as part of a team to solve problems and analyze data.
Prepare reports and other documentation for customers.
Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate records and files.
Provide excellent customer service.
