At First Horizon, we are looking for a Treasury Management Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be a detailed and organized professional with experience in financial services, banking, and treasury management. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a high level of service and support to our client base.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, as well as a minimum of 3 years of experience in treasury management, preferably in a banking or financial services setting. You must have strong communication and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about contributing to the success of our customers and our team. Responsibilities:

Provide a high level of service and support to our clients.
Analyze and manage treasury operations in order to optimize financial performance.
Develop and maintain relationships with banking partners and other stakeholders.
Monitor cash flows and liquidity and provide timely and accurate reporting.
Evaluate and recommend financial strategies and solutions for clients.
Monitor and assess market and regulatory developments related to banking and treasury management.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations.
Provide training and guidance to colleagues and clients on treasury management topics.
Keep abreast of banking and financial services products and services.
Assist with the onboarding of new clients and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
