This individual must possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within our team.The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills, a customer service mindset, and at least two years of experience in a customer service or banking role. A basic understanding of banking services, products, and financial regulations is also required. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience while assisting customers with their financial needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous, and professional service.
2. Answer customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve any customer complaints.
3. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
4. Verify customer identification and account information.
5. Maintain accurate customer records and account information.
6. Comply with all banking regulations and policies.
7. Identify customer needs and cross-sell bank products and services.
8. Balance cash drawers and reconcile discrepancies.
9. Provide assistance to other team members as needed.
10. Promote a positive and professional atmosphere within the customer service area.
