Teller

As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately processing customer requests, and assisting customers with their banking needs. We are looking for an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work independently or as part of a team.The successful candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience working in a customer service or banking role. Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner and handle customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
2. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications.
3. Assist customers with their banking needs, including answering questions, resolving complaints, and providing information about bank products and services.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and transactions.
5. Balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
6. Follow all bank policies and procedures and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
7. Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services and refer customers accordingly.
8. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
9. Monitor customer activity for any suspicious behavior and report any suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
10. Attend all bank training sessions and stay up to date with the latest banking trends and products.
