Our ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, a friendly personality, and excellent math and communication skills. You’ll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, accurately handling customer transactions, and identifying customer financial needs. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and strives to meet and exceed customer expectations.The ideal Teller must have previous cash handling experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work with a variety of customers. We are looking for an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and takes initiative. In addition to these qualifications, the successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 9. Ensure accurate reconciliations of cash drawers and other transactions.
10. Maintain a neat and organized workstation.
