1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by greeting and welcoming them to the bank.
2. Process various financial transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate banking products and services.
4. Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies, including proper identification and verification of clients.
5. Handle and resolve any client inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the teller station and surrounding areas.
7. Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet and exceed branch goals.
8. Continuously update knowledge of banking products, services, and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
9. Assist with opening and closing procedures, including balancing cash drawers and securing the bank’s assets.
10. Adhere to security procedures and protocols to protect the bank’s assets and prevent fraud.
11. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills.
12. Communicate and collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
13. Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to all privacy policies.
14. Proactively identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and enhance the client experience.
15. Promote a positive image of the bank by representing the brand professionally and ethically at all times.
