Teller

Our Tellers are the face of the bank, and we are looking for an individual who is eager to learn and committed to providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for assisting customers with their financial needs and will have the required qualifications to handle transactions quickly and accurately. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure. They must also have a high school diploma or equivalent, possess basic computer literacy, and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Previous cash handling experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a friendly manner and provide exceptional customer service.
2. Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and quickly.
3. Demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills to assist customers with their financial needs.
4. Maintain an organized and neat workspace.
5. Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
6. Ensure compliance with bank regulations and procedures.
7. Reconcile daily transactions and perform end-of-day processes.
8. Cross-sell products and services to customers.
9. Follow security protocols to protect customers’ financial information.
10. Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
