Teller

Our Tellers are the face of our organization and must take pride in representing our company, upholding our values, and providing excellent customer service. Our ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to multitask, and have knowledge of banking policies and procedures. Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and provide them with information about banking products and services.
2. Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
3. Balance cash drawer daily and report any discrepancies.
4. Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
5. Cross-sell banking products and services to customers.
6. Adhere to banking policies and procedures.
7. Maintain customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
8. Monitor customer accounts and provide updates as needed.
9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking services and products.
10. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
