As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of customer service and banking activities.The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong attention to detail. In addition, a high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role. Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Perform all teller transactions accurately and efficiently.
3. Process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
4. Answer customer inquiries and provide information about bank services and products.
5. Balance all cash at the end of each shift.
6. Maintain customer confidentiality.
7. Follow bank policies and procedures.
8. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
9. Support the team in achieving organizational goals.
10. Identify and refer sales opportunities.
