Teller

You should also be able to work flexible hours and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues. Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service while completing financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
2. Maintain strong customer relationships and assist customers with their banking needs.
3. Utilize excellent communication skills to answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
4. Follow bank policies and procedures in order to ensure the security of customer information.
5. Ensure that all customer transactions are properly recorded and documented.
6. Assist with other customer-facing responsibilities such as opening new accounts and issuing debit and credit cards.
7. Work flexible hours and be available to work weekends and evenings as needed.
8. Remain up to date on the bank’s products and services in order to provide accurate information to customers.
