Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
2. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
3. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
4. Educate customers on financial products and services, including loans, mortgages, credit cards, and investments.
5. Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies.
6. Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
7. Balance cash drawer daily.
8. Cross-sell bank products and services.
9. Provide assistance with other banking activities as needed.
