Responsibilities of a Teller: • Provide exceptional customer service to customers in person and via telephone • Accurately and efficiently process financial transactions • Maintain knowledge of banking regulations and compliance • Follow established procedures and protocols for handling customer transactions • Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner • Provide accurate and timely information to customers • Assist customers with account openings and maintenance • Cross-sell bank products and services • Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols • Prepare daily transaction reports and deposit slips • Maintain security of customer information and records
