5. Conduct regular reviews of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.

7. Partner with the recruitment team to attract and retain top talent by developing and implementing effective recruitment and retention strategies.
8. Lead and facilitate employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
9. Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and provide insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
10. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in HR management and proactively make recommendations for improvement.
11. Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure a seamless and exceptional employee experience.
12. Act as a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
13. Mentor and coach junior HR team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
14. Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed.
