
Sr. HR Business Partner

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and provide guidance on HR-related issues, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational design.
- Collaborate with business leaders and managers to proactively identify and address HR needs and challenges within their teams.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on effective people management practices, including performance management, employee development, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct regular reviews of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
- Partner with the recruitment team to attract and retain top talent by developing and implementing effective recruitment and retention strategies.
- Lead and facilitate employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and provide insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in HR management and proactively make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure a seamless and exceptional employee experience.
- Act as a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
- Mentor and coach junior HR team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Hr, With At Least 5 Years In A Strategic Hr Business Partner Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies, Policies, And Programs To Support Business Objectives.
