- Conduct detailed analysis and forecasting of the company's assets and liabilities, using various financial models and techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, and make recommendations to senior management on financial strategies and decisions.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, variances, and trends to identify potential risks and opportunities for the company.
- Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support the asset liability management process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to financial forecasting and asset liability management, and incorporate them into the company's processes.
- Participate in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present accurate and timely reports and presentations to senior management, clearly communicating complex financial information in a concise and understandable manner.
- Mentor and train junior analysts on financial forecasting and asset liability management techniques, and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the asset liability management function.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals and objectives, and support cross-functional initiatives and projects as needed.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Asset Liability Management And Forecasting In The Banking Or Financial Services Industry.
Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Financial Modeling And Forecasting Techniques.
Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines Related To Asset Liability Management, Such As Stress Testing And Interest Rate Risk Management.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Concepts To Senior Management And Stakeholders.
