Manage and maintain the SailPoint IIQ/ISC platform in accordance with industry best practices and company policies.
Monitor the platform for any potential security risks or vulnerabilities and take necessary actions to mitigate them.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain identity and access management solutions.
Serve as a subject matter expert on SailPoint IIQ/ISC and provide guidance and support to team members and other stakeholders.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the platform, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Conduct regular audits and reviews of the platform to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Develop and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and configurations related to the platform.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in identity and access management to continuously improve the platform.
Train and educate employees on best practices for using the SailPoint IIQ/ISC platform.
Collaborate with vendors and partners to implement new features and enhancements to the platform.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Sailpoint Identityiq (Iiq) And Identitynow (Isc) Administration.
Strong Understanding Of Identity And Access Management Concepts, Including Role-Based Access Control, Entitlement Management, And User Provisioning.
Experience With Integrating Sailpoint Iiq/Isc With Other Identity Management Systems, Such As Active Directory, Ldap, And Saml.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues Related To Sailpoint Iiq/Isc.
