- Develop and implement risk management strategies and processes to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks within the organization.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and analysis to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with various departments and teams to ensure risk management protocols are effectively implemented and maintained.
- Review and evaluate current risk management policies and procedures, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor and analyze key risk indicators to identify emerging risks and proactively address them.
- Communicate potential risks and their impact to senior management and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to risk management and incorporate them into the organization's strategies.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on risk management protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures.
- Prepare and present reports on risk management activities and outcomes to senior management.
- Work closely with external auditors and regulators to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional projects related to risk management.
- Mentor and guide junior risk management professionals within the organization.
- Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of risk management strategies and processes.
- Act as a liaison between the organization and external stakeholders, such as clients, vendors, and regulators, on risk management related matters.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Risk Management Or Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Financial And Banking Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Identifying And Mitigating Potential Risks For A Financial Institution.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Think Critically And Make Sound Decisions.
Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Risk Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
