- Monitor and evaluate company processes and operations to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential compliance issues.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure that all policies and procedures are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and changes in compliance requirements, and communicate any updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Train and educate employees on compliance regulations and best practices to ensure a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
- Lead investigations into potential compliance breaches and develop corrective action plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of compliance activities and documentation for regulatory audits.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on compliance-related inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with external regulators and auditors to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Identify and report any potential risks or compliance issues to senior management in a timely manner.
- Continuously review and update risk management and compliance policies to ensure effectiveness and relevance.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and implement new compliance initiatives.
- Conduct regular reviews and tests of internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a point of contact for all compliance-related inquiries and escalations.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Risk Management, Compliance, Or A Related Field.
Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Regulations, Such As The Bank Secrecy Act And Anti-Money Laundering Regulations.
Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Departments And Stakeholders.
