Job Description

  1. Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
  2. Monitor and evaluate company processes and operations to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
  3. Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential compliance issues.
  4. Collaborate with various departments to ensure that all policies and procedures are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and changes in compliance requirements, and communicate any updates to relevant stakeholders.
  6. Train and educate employees on compliance regulations and best practices to ensure a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
  7. Lead investigations into potential compliance breaches and develop corrective action plans as needed.
  8. Maintain accurate and detailed records of compliance activities and documentation for regulatory audits.
  9. Provide guidance and support to employees on compliance-related inquiries and concerns.
  10. Collaborate with external regulators and auditors to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  11. Identify and report any potential risks or compliance issues to senior management in a timely manner.
  12. Continuously review and update risk management and compliance policies to ensure effectiveness and relevance.
  13. Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and implement new compliance initiatives.
  14. Conduct regular reviews and tests of internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  15. Act as a point of contact for all compliance-related inquiries and escalations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Risk Management, Compliance, Or A Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Regulations, Such As The Bank Secrecy Act And Anti-Money Laundering Regulations.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Departments And Stakeholders.
