First Horizon is looking for an experienced Retirement Plan Consultant to join our team! We are seeking an individual with strong communication and problem solving skills who excels at providing exceptional customer service and has a deep understanding of the retirement plan industry. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of retirement plan consulting experience. The Retirement Plan Consultant will play a critical role in providing comprehensive retirement plan solutions to our clients. Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their retirement plan needs and provide tailored solutions.
Monitor industry trends and regulations to identify potential opportunities for clients.
Provide comprehensive retirement plan consulting services, including plan design and implementation.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering advice and guidance on retirement plan matters.
Assist clients with the selection of appropriate investments and other retirement plan components.
Analyze and evaluate retirement plan performance to ensure compliance with regulations and optimum return for clients.
Educate clients on retirement planning topics and strategies.
Prepare and present retirement plan reports and recommendations to clients.
Develop and implement client communications and education programs.
Analyze client data to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved plan performance.
