  1. Develop and implement a strategic plan for expanding First Horizon's retail presence in targeted markets.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential expansion opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute expansion strategies.
  4. Formulate and manage budgets for retail expansion initiatives.
  5. Monitor and analyze retail market trends to identify potential growth areas.
  6. Identify and develop new partnerships and collaborations to support retail expansion efforts.
  7. Negotiate and secure favorable leasing and partnership agreements for new retail locations.
  8. Oversee the design and construction of new retail locations.
  9. Develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns to support retail expansion efforts.
  10. Monitor and report on key performance indicators and metrics related to retail expansion.
  11. Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management regarding retail expansion progress and opportunities.
  12. Lead and mentor a team of retail expansion professionals.
  13. Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulations, and legal requirements related to retail expansion.
  14. Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with external stakeholders, including landlords, developers, and local government officials.
  15. Continuously analyze and improve retail expansion strategies to drive growth and profitability.
