- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential commercial real estate clients.
- Understand and stay updated on the current market trends and dynamics in the commercial real estate industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial real estate market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategies to meet client needs and goals.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential client needs and create tailored solutions.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals and provide exceptional service.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts to generate new business leads.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of First Horizon's products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement marketing strategies for the commercial real estate division.
- Monitor and track market and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies and procedures.
- Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets set by the company.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on client relationships and market trends.
- Represent First Horizon at industry events and conferences to promote the company's services and brand.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Commercial Real Estate Markets And Trends.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Commercial Real Estate Lending And Relationship Management.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Maintaining Successful Relationships With Commercial Real Estate Clients.
Knowledge Of Financial Analysis And Credit Underwriting For Commercial Real Estate Deals.
