Personal Banker

The Personal Banker will be responsible for providing guidance and advice to customers on all aspects of their financial needs. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of banking products and services, be able to provide financial solutions tailored to each customer’s individual situation, and be able to build lasting relationships with customers.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field• 5+ years of experience in banking and financial services• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other banking systems

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with banking and financial needs by providing tailored services and financial solutions • Educate customers on banking products and services and recommend solutions to meet their goals • Handle customer inquiries, build rapport with customers, and answer questions related to their banking accounts • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments • Responsible for resolving customer complaints and escalating them when necessary • Monitor customer accounts and identify suspicious activity and fraud • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies • Maintain customer confidentiality • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers • Provide assistance to other team members and colleagues when necessary • Assist in training new employees and providing feedback on their performance
