Job Description

At First Horizon, our Personal Bankers are the face of our organization, providing exceptional customer service to our clients. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team and help our customers reach their financial goals. The successful candidate must have a passion for customer service, the ability to build relationships with clients, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will also have a minimum of two years of banking experience. Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to clients
Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals
Explain banking products and services to clients
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Process customer transactions and maintain accurate records
Follow banking regulations and procedures
Support other banking staff with customer inquiries and transactions
Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge
Upsell banking products and services to customers
