At First Horizon, we are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Personal Banker to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position must be someone who is passionate about providing excellent service to customers, and who is driven to deliver a superior banking experience.The Personal Banker will be responsible for providing a variety of banking services to customers, including account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications. In addition, they will be expected to build and maintain relationships with customers, and to identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a high level of financial knowledge and understanding. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred, but not required. Previous banking experience is a plus. Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service.
Open new accounts and process deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications.
Build and maintain relationships with customers.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services.
Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Stay up-to-date on banking regulations and financial industry trends.
Ensure compliance with all applicable banking regulations and policies.
Provide answers to customer inquiries and resolve any customer service issues.
Assist with other duties as needed.
