We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Servicing Specialist to join our team at First Horizon. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service and problem-solving skills, as they will be responsible for providing support to customers, processing loan payments, and resolving any customer inquiries. In this role, you will need to have an understanding of the mortgage loan servicing process and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to customers seeking support with mortgage loan payments.
Process mortgage loan payments and handle customer inquiries.
Maintain accurate records and perform quality assurance on customer accounts.
Troubleshoot customer service issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other software tools to complete tasks.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in mortgage loan servicing regulations.
Provide guidance and advice to customers on the best solutions to meet their needs.
Utilize problem-solving skills to come up with innovative solutions for customers.
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
