Our ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and a keen eye for detail, as they will be responsible for ensuring that our customers’ mortgages are processed efficiently and accurately.We expect our Mortgage Servicing Specialist to have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or banking environment, as well as a working knowledge of mortgage loan processing. In addition, they must have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.We are looking for an individual with a positive attitude, as well as someone who is passionate about helping others. A successful candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities of a Mortgage Servicing Specialist:
