This position is ideal for someone with excellent customer service and problem-solving skills who is looking to develop their career in the mortgage servicing industry.The successful candidate will be highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. They will have a passion for learning and developing their career as a Mortgage Servicing Specialist.To be considered for this role, applicants must have previous experience in mortgage servicing or a related field, and ideally hold a relevant qualification in mortgage servicing or customer service. Additionally, they must have strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent computer and numerical skills.We look forward to hearing from you!

Responsibilities:

Provide high-level customer service and problem-solving to mortgage servicing clients.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Analyze customer data to identify potential problems and solutions.
Research and evaluate industry trends and regulations related to mortgage servicing.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, lenders, and other parties in the mortgage servicing industry.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
Prepare reports on customer service activities and performance.
Assist in training and mentoring other mortgage servicing specialists.
Adhere to all applicable regulations and policies relating to mortgage servicing.
Monitor customer accounts to ensure accuracy of payments and loan balances.
