First Horizon is seeking an experienced Mortgage Servicing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers’ mortgage accounts are managed correctly and efficiently. We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual with excellent customer service skills and a strong knowledge of mortgage servicing. To be successful in this role, you should have:• At least two years of experience in the mortgage banking industry• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills• An understanding of loan origination systems and processes• The ability to work independently and as part of a team• A willingness to learn and take on new tasksIf you have a passion for customer service and a desire to help our customers manage their financial needs, then this is the job for you. Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries regarding mortgage accounts in a professional and timely manner.
Evaluate customer needs and provide solutions to best meet their financial needs.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer mortgage accounts.
Maintain and update customer information in loan origination systems.
Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Perform quality assurance checks to guarantee accuracy and correctness of data entry.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Remain up-to-date on changes in the mortgage banking industry and best practices.
Assist with other tasks and projects as needed.
