Responsibilities:

Manage loan servicing activities including loan modifications, payment processing, escrow administration, and foreclosure prevention.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Monitor loan modifications, payment processing, escrow administration, and foreclosure prevention activities.
Generate accurate reports and analyze data as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide training and support to other staff members as needed.
Handle all customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development activities.
