- Guide clients through the mortgage process, including pre-approval, application, and closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Utilize industry knowledge and expertise to educate clients on various loan options and assist them in finding the best fit for their financial goals.
- Actively promote and sell mortgage products and services to potential clients, generating new business and contributing to the company's growth.
- Conduct thorough and accurate analysis of client financial information to determine eligibility for loan programs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and other internal teams to gather and submit necessary documentation and ensure timely loan processing and closing.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, changes in regulations, and company policies to provide accurate and reliable information to clients.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all client interactions, adhering to company values and ethical standards.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a drive for success.

Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Mortgage Lending Or Related Financial Services
Strong Knowledge Of Mortgage Products, Regulations, And Industry Trends
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Building Relationships With Clients And Referral Partners
