We are looking for a talented and driven Mortgage Loan Officer to join the team at First Horizon. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive mortgage loan process to ensure customer satisfaction.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their mortgage needs.
Stay up-to-date on changes in the mortgage industry and provide customers with the most up-to-date information.
Develop relationships with customers to ensure their long-term loyalty.
Analyze customer financial profiles to develop tailored mortgage solutions.
Work with loan underwriters to ensure all mortgage loans meet the necessary requirements and regulations.
Assist customers in completing and submitting the necessary documentation for their mortgage loan.
Monitor the progress of mortgage loans and provide regular updates to customers.
Manage customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Provide customers with exceptional customer service.
