2. Prepare loan packages for submission to the bank's underwriting department.

4. Ensure all documents are accurately completed and submitted in a timely manner.
5. Monitor loan progress and provide assistance to customers throughout the loan process.
6. Maintain complete and organized records of all loan transactions.
7. Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
8. Remain up-to-date on loan products and services offered by the bank.
9. Utilize loan origination software and Microsoft Office to perform daily tasks.
10. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
