Loan Processor

We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Loan Processor to join our team at First Horizon. This person will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of loan applications to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate for the Loan Processor role should have strong attention to detail, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for customer service. Additionally, the successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of loan processing experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

6. Follow up with customers to ensure their loan applications are being processed as expected.
7. Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the loan processing process.
8. Adhere to all necessary industry regulations and laws.
9. Provide support to other departments in the loan processing process as needed.
10. Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
