Develop and implement innovative solutions for our eCommerce platforms to enhance user experience and drive business growth.
Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to our online presence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that align with business needs.
Continuously monitor and analyze eCommerce trends and technologies to identify opportunities for improvement and stay ahead of the competition.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide strategic recommendations.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and standards to ensure compliance and security of our eCommerce platforms.
Conduct regular performance assessments and make recommendations for system improvements and upgrades.
Act as a subject matter expert for eCommerce-related projects and provide support to other teams as needed.

Job Qualifications
