  1. Conduct regular quality assurance reviews of internal audit processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  2. Develop and implement quality assurance programs and initiatives to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of internal audit practices.
  3. Identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for enhancing the overall quality of internal audit processes.
  4. Collaborate with internal audit teams to provide guidance on quality assurance standards and requirements.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the performance of internal audit activities to identify any potential risks or deficiencies.
  6. Conduct comprehensive reviews of audit reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established standards.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations related to internal audit quality assurance.
  8. Communicate audit findings and recommendations to senior management and provide guidance on corrective actions.
  9. Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation, including policies, procedures, and templates.
  10. Train and mentor internal audit team members on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
  11. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence within the internal audit department.
  12. Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with audit quality standards.
  13. Conduct periodic quality assurance self-assessments and report findings to senior management.
  14. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance the overall effectiveness of the organization's operations.
  15. Adhere to confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive information related to internal audit processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Internal Audit Or Quality Assurance In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Auditing Standards And Practices, Including Risk Assessment And Control Evaluation.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Professional Certifications Such As Certified Internal Auditor (Cia) Or Certified Quality Auditor (Cqa) Preferred.
