
HR Risk & Associate Relations Director

- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate potential risks related to employees, ensuring compliance with HR laws and regulations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on all HR risk and associate relations matters.
- Investigate and resolve complex HR issues, including employee complaints, performance concerns, and workplace conflicts.
- Develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with associates, promoting a culture of open communication and trust.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
- Monitor and analyze HR data to identify potential risks and proactively address any issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment and align with company values.
- Stay current on HR laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Conduct training and workshops for managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on HR risk and associate relations matters.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to enhance the employee experience and foster a positive work environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With A Focus On Employee Relations And Risk Management.
Strong Knowledge Of State And Federal Employment Laws And Regulations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Handle Difficult Conversations And Resolve Conflicts.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Policies And Procedures, As Well As Conducting Training On Employee Relations And Risk Management Topics.
