Job Description

We are seeking a talented Fraud Prevention Specialist to join the team at First Horizon. As a Fraud Prevention Specialist, you will help protect First Horizon's customers from fraud and other financial crimes by monitoring transactions and identifying suspicious or fraudulent activity. You must have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to customer service. Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor customer transactions for potential fraudulent activity.
  2. Investigate potential fraud cases and take appropriate action.
  3. Communicate with customers and other stakeholders in order to resolve fraud cases.
  4. Update records, reports, and databases as necessary.
  5. Identify trends and patterns in fraudulent activity.
  6. Stay up to date on the latest fraud prevention methods.
  7. Implement new fraud prevention strategies and procedures.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with fraud prevention policies.
  9. Provide customer service in a professional and timely manner.
  10. Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
