  1. Provide administrative support to the CEO and executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  2. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  3. Act as a liaison between the CEO and other team members, clients, and external partners.
  4. Plan and organize events, meetings, and conferences for the CEO and executive team.
  5. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for the CEO and executive team.
  6. Conduct research and compile information for various projects and initiatives.
  7. Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
  8. Maintain and update records and databases, ensuring accuracy and organization.
  9. Take meeting minutes and distribute to attendees in a timely manner.
  10. Anticipate and proactively address any potential issues or conflicts in the CEO's schedule or workload.
  11. Collaborate with other administrative assistants and team members to ensure efficient operations within the CEO's office.
  12. Uphold a professional and positive image of the company while interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures within the CEO's office.
