- Develop and maintain First Horizon's data architecture to support our business objectives.
- Design and implement data models, database schemas, and data integration processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
- Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of our data by implementing proper data management and governance practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data architecture and make recommendations for improvements.
- Develop and maintain data documentation, including data dictionaries, data flow diagrams, and data process maps.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, including data quality and performance problems.
- Work closely with data analysts and business users to understand their data needs and provide guidance on data usage and access.
- Develop and maintain data standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy of data.
- Train and mentor junior team members on data architecture principles and best practices.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive data-driven decision making and support business growth.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure alignment and compatibility of data architecture with existing systems and infrastructure.

- Comply with all data privacy and security regulations and policies.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.
At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Data Architecture, Database Design, And Data Modeling.
Strong Understanding Of Database Management Systems, Data Warehousing, And Data Integration Technologies.
Proficiency In Sql, Etl Tools, And Other Data Manipulation Languages.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Design And Implement Complex Data Solutions.
