
Customer Service Representative
At First Horizon, our Customer Service Representatives are the face of our brand and are the first point of contact for our customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships and create positive customer experiences. We’re looking for an empathetic individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills who is flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of customer service experience, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. You should also be comfortable working with call center software and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
