Compliance Officer

The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of the banking industry and a passion for providing excellent customer service.The successful candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, and have at least five years of experience in a compliance role. Knowledge and experience in the banking industry is highly desirable. 5. Ensure customer service is in accordance with compliance standards.
6. Prepare necessary reports and documentation for regulatory agencies.
7. Monitor the implementation of corrective action plans.
8. Respond to inquiries from customers and regulatory agencies.
9. Provide advice and guidance to management and staff.
10. Stay up to date with changes in banking industry regulations.
