- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients by providing exceptional service and support.
- Serve as the main point of contact for commercial clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assess and understand client needs and goals to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling of financial products and services.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement strategies for client retention and growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Conduct financial analyses and prepare reports to support client meetings and presentations.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure efficient and effective communication and resolution of issues.
- Monitor and review client accounts to identify potential risks and proactively address them.
- Utilize CRM systems and other tools to track and manage client interactions and activities.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the client experience and increase efficiency.
- Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve knowledge and skills related to commercial banking services.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, to maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Commercial Banking Or Related Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Products And Services, Including Commercial Loans, Lines Of Credit, And Cash Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Commercial Clients.
Demonstrated Sales And Negotiation Skills, With A Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Goals.
