Manage and oversee the daily operations of the ATM and debit card services.
Monitor and maintain the functionality of all ATMs to ensure they are operating effectively.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to ATMs and debit cards.
Process and fulfill requests for new debit cards, card replacements, and other related services.
Maintain accurate records of all ATM and debit card transactions.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure the timely delivery of debit cards to customers.
Provide exceptional customer service to resolve any inquiries or concerns related to ATM and debit card services.
Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and policies.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of ATM and debit card operations.
Train and mentor new team members on ATM and debit card operations processes and procedures.
Participate in team meetings and provide updates on ATM and debit card operations.
Communicate any potential risks or issues to management and collaborate on finding solutions.
Adhere to security protocols and ensure the safety of all ATM and debit card transactions.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company to customers and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
