Conduct thorough analysis of ATM and debit card operations to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
Monitor and evaluate transaction data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to ATM and debit card transactions.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations.
Provide support to customers regarding ATM and debit card inquiries and concerns.
Act as a subject matter expert on ATM and debit card operations, providing guidance and training to team members.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new products and services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on ATM and debit card operations.
Proactively identify and address potential risks and escalate issues as needed.
Assist with the implementation of new technology and systems related to ATM and debit card operations.
Participate in meetings and presentations to share updates, recommendations, and results.
Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements.

Job Qualifications

Knowledge Of Atm And Debit Card Operations: A Strong Understanding Of Atm And Debit Card Operations, Including Card Issuance, Transaction Processing, Fraud Prevention, And Settlement Processes.
Technical Skills: Proficiency In Using Atm And Debit Card Processing Systems, Such As Fiserv, Fis, Or Jack Henry, As Well As Experience With Electronic Funds Transfer (Eft) And Payment Networks, Such As Visa And Mastercard.
Analytical Skills: Ability To Analyze Complex Data And Identify Trends, Patterns, And Potential Risks Related To Atm And Debit Card Transactions. Proficiency In Using Data Analysis Tools, Such As Excel Or Sql, Is Also Desirable.
Communication And Collaboration: Strong Communication Skills And The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Other Departments, Such As It, Fraud, And Customer Service, To Troubleshoot Issues And Implement Process Improvements.
Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity With Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Such As Regulation E And Pci Dss, And Experience In Maintaining Compliance With These Regulations In Atm And Debit Card Operations.
