A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In A Creative Leadership Role, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Services Industry.
Strong Conceptual And Strategic Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Develop Creative Concepts And Campaigns That Align With The Company's Brand And Business Objectives.
Expertise In Managing And Leading A Team Of Creatives, Including Designers, Copywriters, And Other Creative Professionals.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Executing Integrated Marketing Campaigns Across Various Channels, Including Digital, Print, And Social Media.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Communicate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Executives.
