This individual must have the ability to interpret complex financial information, identify credit risk, and provide sound underwriting decisions.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, along with 5-7 years of experience in a financial underwriting role. A strong understanding of credit analysis, financial modeling, and bank regulations is also required.
