- Conduct financial analysis and develop ALM strategies to optimize the bank's asset and liability management.
- Utilize advanced analytics and risk management techniques to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Monitor and assess the bank's balance sheet and interest rate risk exposure.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast and stress test the bank's financial performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the bank's ALM strategies align with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to ALM and incorporate them into the bank's strategies.
- Provide recommendations and insights to senior management on ALM strategies and performance.
- Communicate complex financial concepts and data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Oversee the implementation and execution of ALM strategies and track their effectiveness.
- Identify areas for improvement and proactively suggest solutions to enhance the bank's financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to ALM.
- Mentor and train junior analysts on ALM strategies and best practices.
- Contribute to the development of new financial products and services based on ALM strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of ALM strategies and processes.
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulators during audits and examinations.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis Or Related Field, With A Focus On Asset Liability Management (Alm) Strategies And Analytics.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or A Related Field. Advanced Degree (Mba, Msf) Preferred.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Modeling And Risk Management Techniques, With Experience In Alm And Balance Sheet Management.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Communicate Complex Financial Data And Concepts.
Knowledge Of Banking Regulations And Industry Trends Related To Alm And Interest Rate Risk Management. Professional Certifications Such As Cfa Or Frm Are A Plus.
